Legal information

Terms and conditions

Terms for site use, procurement requests, quotes, documents, accounts, and buyer or supplier participation.

Platform use

Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use only authorized records, and avoid unlawful, abusive, or security-disruptive activity.

Requests and quotes

An RFQ is a request for evaluation and is not an order. Each quote states its scope, options, assumptions, validity, payment terms, lead time basis, exclusions, warranty information, and delivery terms. Only an authorized acceptance and any required deposit or contract create a procurement commitment.

Specifications and equivalents

Buyers remain responsible for final approval of specifications, samples, drawings, equivalents, code needs, brand requirements, and intended use unless a signed agreement expressly reallocates a responsibility.

Third parties

Manufacturers, suppliers, inspectors, carriers, brokers, installers, and other providers may have separate terms. Delays, force majeure, customs events, site conditions, and buyer changes may affect schedule and cost as described in the applicable quote.

Legal review

These terms are a launch draft and require review by qualified counsel, including governing law, liability limits, indemnities, dispute terms, tax treatment, and entity-specific notices.
