Supplier records capture legal identity, locations, contacts, categories, production capabilities, MOQ, lead times, terms, quality information, and supporting documents.
Bid access is assignment-based
Approved supplier users can access only specifically assigned bid invitations and permitted files. Other buyers, suppliers, bids, internal notes, costs, and margin are never exposed.
Approval is not permanent proof
Supplier status helps operations, but each product and order still requires proportionate verification of specifications, documentation, samples, capacity, quality, and delivery.
